FALL PROGRAMS - BEFORE SCHOOL CARE is available for children in grades K-8 Monday through Friday. Drop off is at 7 a.m. There is a $10 weekly fee per family.
NOTE: There is no before school care when Monongalia County schools are on a two hour delay. -AFTER SCHOOL CARE is available for children in grades K-8 Monday through Friday. A nutritional snack is provided along with "homework help" time, arts and crafts, play time, and opportunities for community service. There is a $50 semester fee per family. -HAPPY SCHOOL provides fun educational opportunities for children ages 3 & 4 (must be potty trained). A nutritional snack is provided for the children. This program is offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30 am-noon. Partents/Caregivers have the opportunity to attend a support/parent education group while their child attends our pre-school program. There is no charge for this program. NOTE: There is no Happy School when Monongalia County schools are on a two hour delay or cancelled. -FRIDAY NIGHT SKATING is available to the public for children of all ages. We offer skating to children 10 & under from 6-7 and from 7-9 skating is offered to children of all ages. The entrance fee is $2 per person and an additional $.50 to rent skates. Begins Friday, October 9, 2009. -TEEN TIME provides recreational and social experiences for children ages 13-19 years old from 9:15pm-midnight. There is no fee for Teen Time. SUMMER PROGRAMS - Festival of Fun offers field trips, recreational, social, arts and crafts activities and a nutritional lunch and snack to children in grades K-6. We strive to provide a variety of fun and new experiences. The fee is based on a sliding fee scale according to household income. Fees range from $20 -$55 per week. -Junior Volunteers -Swim Lessons... are offered in collaboration with the American Red Cross. We offer three separate morning sessions Monday through Friday from 10:00-11:30 am. Each session lasts for two weeks. Each session is $40 per child. -Lunchtime Literacy |
